  • Review and acknowledge digital tracks and albums submitted to the station

  • Distribute content to presenters as appropriate

  • Social Media Assistant

  • Manage and update the station’s social media accounts

  • Promote station activities and individual shows.

  • Share relevant and engaging posts

  • Scheduling/Audio Editing Assistant

  • Coordinate and manage the station’s broadcast schedule.

  • Edit received shows to ensure quality

  • Upload and schedule content on our platform

Presenter Roles:

  • Develop and produce your own shows, ranging from 1 to 2 hours, scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

  • Curate musical content that reflects your personal taste, ensuring it aligns with our commitment to avoiding hate speech or discrimination

  • Access a global library of music from independent and unsigned artists

  • Retain copyright ownership of your produced shows

  • Receive references to support your professional development

  • Feature your own profile page on our platform

Equipment Requirements for Presenters:

  • A computer or laptop (tablets or smartphones are not suitable)

  • A podcasting microphone (available from £20 and upwards)

  • Recording software such as Audacity (free and compatible with all platforms) or other software in which price vary

  • A quiet recording environment

  • Music in digital format

  • Reliable internet access

  • Handle general email correspondence

  • Compose and distribute the monthly newsletter

  • Maintain and update website content

  • Proofread, edit, and summarise minutes from Director and Station meetings

We are currently seeking candidates for various remote positions. Comprehensive training will be provided as needed. References are available upon application for paid roles.
